I am a Reiki Master in both Angelic & Dragon Reiki. I'm a highly intuitive person, and I've been a medium since childhood. This gift has allowed me to see and feel things that others might miss, and it has helped me to connect with people on a deeper level. As I've navigated my own spiritual path to healing, I've learned that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery. That's why I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore their own paths and find the resources they need to heal. I have personally benefitted from yoga, reiki, and sound healing and my favorite teacher suggested I explore this work. I had so much emotional baggage around my body type that I didn't feel "qualified" to lead a yoga class and the idea of wearing yoga pants at the front of a room full of people made me cringe. I did it anyway, I knew I had found so much self-acceptance and healing from PTSD on my mat. These practices were a perfect supplement to my personal recovery program & I learned long ago to bring the body and the mind will follow. So here I am! I have expanded on my offerings by completing my Master Herbalist Diploma and growing my own tea, through Sound Therapy Certification, Akashic Records Recall- and only because I have personally benefitted from these modalities and my connection to nature! I am a fur mama, earth mama and even teach goat yoga at Mad Lavender Farm! I believe in the power of connection and love life & adventure. Laughter is my favorite form of energy work, and truly feeds my soul! My life truly began at the end of my comfort zone!
