REIKI

My modalities include Angelic Reiki, Dragon Reiki, and Usui Reiki. I offer in person, virtual, touchless, and a healing session might consist of a combination of these offerings. I also use light language for healings as I am guided. Healings can be done individually or as a group. Private in home reiki circles are available. YOGA

Yin & Yoga Nidra. Yoga for Recovery. Private events. Private clients. I am a RYT 500 and I absolutely love/cringe when people say "Yoga isn't for me, I'm not flexible". I too excluded myself from yoga assuming I had the wrong body type and socioeconomic background. These stories we tell ourselves are just bulls**t! Yoga is for everyone and every BODY. If you are excluding yourself, whatever the reason- it is likely that is THE specific reason you should be practicing. There are just too many offerings to exclude anyone. Yoga is love and inclusion.

HERBALIST

Herbal teas, tinctures, and herbal infused products. All herbs have been grown with love, or have been ethically sourced to ensure they are unadulterated. My plants are reiki infused and given high fives while being told "Good grow!” Love is always the best ingredient.
